CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY At Fields Beauty & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens, and we appreciate as much notice as possible when changes are needed. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. • Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service amount. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount and may be required to prepay future appointments. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled guests. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Med spa services, special events, package appointments, and appointments requiring a provider’s reserved time may require additional deposits and are subject to provider-specific cancellation policies.
